About the Team

About the Role
- Sell the complete Customer 360 Platform to existing Salesforce customers and new leads.
- Drive revenue growth within organizations with 1 to 30 employees.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver enhanced value and expertise.
- Developing insights on how to support your customers' needs.
- Generating a sales pipeline to achieve closed revenue and meet quotas.
- Forecasting accurately.
- Focusing on value and return on investment rather than just technical features.
- Acting as an advocate for your customers' needs.
- Building credibility and trust to influence purchasing decisions.
- Demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic sales environment.
- Managing a high volume of accounts with a strategic prioritization approach.
- Identifying executive-level initiatives and aligning our solutions to meet them.
- Conducting research on different business lines and customer personas.
- Overcoming objections effectively throughout the sales process.
Your Qualifications
- At least 3 years of full-cycle sales experience.
- Proven track record of managing a large account list and acquiring new clients.
- Consistent success in achieving year-over-year sales quotas.
- Experience selling to C-suite executives.
- Adept at creating and delivering engaging presentations.

Compensation for roles in the US varies based on location, level, and experience, with the typical range for this position being $59,040 - $78,960 annually. In specific high-cost locations like California and New York, the salary range is $64,680 - $86,460. Additional bonuses and benefits may also apply.
