SmartCOMM Architect

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end‑to‑end SmartCOMM solutions, ensuring scalability, compliance, and seamless integration with core insurance systems such as Policy, Claims, Billing, and Document Management platforms
• Lead SmartCOMM communication modernization initiatives, including omnichannel and digital transformation programs within Insurance engagements
• Own the full solution lifecycle, from architecture and design through development, integration, migration, deployment, and optimization
• Provide technical and thought leadership on CCM best practices, SmartCOMM cloud architecture, and modernization strategies
• Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and regulatory compliance across all SmartCOMM configurations and customizations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands‑on SmartCOMM architecture, design, and development experience, including enterprise‑scale implementations.
• 4+ years of SmartCOMM Pure Cloud solution implementation experience.
• 3–5 years of experience integrating SmartCOMM Pure Cloud with Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud and BillingCenter Cloud, including use of SmartCOMM Pure Cloud accelerators.
• SmartCOMM development certification with deep expertise in SmartCOMM tools (ATD, Draft Editor, Data Modeler, DTA) and related technologies (HTML, CSS, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, APIs, web services)
• Strong architectural, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage clients, lead technical teams, and drive successful delivery.
