About the Role
Join our Sales team in Paris as an SME Executive. In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for tender requests from external business partners, ensuring all information is correctly collected and entered into Salesforce. Your work will enable the Sales team to provide competitive pricing in a timely manner, making you an indispensable link to commercial success. You will also handle various ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the performance of the SME department by driving a continuous flow of commercial and administrative requests.
- Process all requests related to new opportunities and renewals to contribute to the achievement of objectives and partner satisfaction.
- Ensure operational link between external business partners and internal Account Managers, facilitating each step of the sales process.
- Guarantee the reliability and accuracy of data in our CRM and all internal tools.
- Provide structured and rigorous support to Account Managers to secure commercial opportunities.
- Be the first point of contact for partners and provide them with clear, precise, and rapid answers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure effective coordination.
- Identify and propose improvements to optimize our commercial and operational processes.
Tools & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in the project management of our internal quoting tool.
- Ensure the follow-up of anomalies and evolutions in collaboration with the IT team.
- Formalize and write operational needs statements to support improvements and evolutions of tools.
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a B2B company.
- Genuine attention to listening, understanding, and implementing solutions adapted to stakeholder needs.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- High attention to detail, ensuring a first-call resolution approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Good command of IT tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email), as well as proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Proficiency in French (oral and written) and good knowledge of English.
