The Microsoft Platform Engineer serves as a core contributor to the Enterprise Productivity Applications team, responsible for enabling secure, compliant, and high-value use of Microsoft 365 across the organization. This role focuses on Copilot-driven productivity, information governance, and lifecycle management—ensuring that collaboration, content creation, and AI-assisted workflows operate within well-defined data classification, permissions, and retention controls while scaling safely across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 E5 productivity stack (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) with enterprise-scale implementation
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Purview, including data classification, sensitivity labeling, retention policies, records management, and information lifecycle governance
  • Strong command of permissions models (Entra ID, SharePoint/Teams access, conditional access) to ensure secure, role-based Copilot data grounding
  • Development of predictive cost modeling for AI Agent adoption at scale
  • Proven ability to balance productivity, compliance, and risk, operating within E5 security, eDiscovery, audit, and retention controls
  • Master’s degree in information and library sciences, with deep expertise in information architecture, content management, and enterprise knowledge systems
