Role Summary

We are hiring SOC Analysts (Tier 1 / Tier 2) to support global cybersecurity monitoring and incident response operations. This role focuses on real-time security event monitoring, alert triage, and escalation while working closely with international teams.

Fluency in English and Japanese is essential due to global collaboration requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in SOC / Cybersecurity Operations
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel)
• Basic knowledge of incident response lifecycle
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and NIST standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or regulated environments
• Exposure to global or enterprise-level SOC operations
• Understanding of threat landscapes and common attack techniques

Language Requirement

• Fluency in English and Japanese (Mandatory)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
