About the role

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Ownership & Growth

  • Lead day-to-day management and scaling of the TikTok Shop affiliate program, ensuring strong execution and measurable GMV growth.
  • Identify and recruit high-potential affiliates across relevant verticals aligned to brand strategy and target audiences.
  • Screen and evaluate affiliates based on GMV performance, engagement metrics, audience quality, and content standards.
  • Develop and maintain a robust affiliate pipeline to support consistent program expansion.

Relationship Management & Community Building

  • Build, engage, and nurture strong relationships with affiliates to drive sustained performance and brand advocacy.
  • Manage and grow affiliate communities on Discord, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate communications, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and alignment.

Content & Campaign Enablement

  • Create comprehensive product briefs for affiliates, including positioning, key messages, product benefits, and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with affiliates to ensure content aligns with brand standards while maintaining authenticity and platform relevance.
  • Identify high-performing affiliate content and amplify reach through GMV Max campaigns to maximize conversion and ROI.

Commercial & Operational Execution

  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Direct Commerce to define commission structures, incorporating P&L considerations and performance incentives.
  • Work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to manage and fulfill affiliate product sample requests efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage commission payouts and promotional activities in alignment with business objectives.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track and analyze program performance metrics, including GMV, conversion rates, content engagement, and affiliate productivity.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to inform optimization strategies.
  • Continuously test, learn, and refine recruitment, content, and incentive approaches to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in social commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital commerce.
  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate programs or similar social commerce platforms.
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable GMV growth through affiliate or influencer partnerships.
  • Experience recruiting, evaluating, and managing creator or affiliate relationships.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok content formats, creator ecosystems, and commerce mechanics.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within a consumer packaged goods (Client) organization or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand.
  • Familiarity with digital media buying, including campaign amplification strategies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with logistics or fulfillment partners.
  • Background in scaling emerging digital commerce channels within a growth-focused organization.
