Connect Media is hiring! We’re looking for a highly organised, reliable and proactive Social Media Account Manager to join our small team.

We’re a hospitality-focused boutique creative agency looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience managing social media accounts and client relationships. While creativity is important, this role is ultimately best suited to someone who is exceptionally conscientious, organised and dependable. The ideal candidate is mature, proactive, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to confidently manage multiple moving parts at once.

• Location: Franschhoek (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)
• Type: Initial short-term contract with potential for full-time
• Start Date: From June 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Managing client accounts and day-to-day communication
• Overseeing content planning, scheduling and approvals
• Coordinating projects and deadlines across multiple brands
• Supporting the creative team through briefs and organisation

• A resilient, solutions-driven mindset
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience
