Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing content calendars and campaign timelines
  • Help brief work into Chase (or similar systems) with guidance
  • Track deadlines, feedback and approvals
  • Keep internal tools (Notion, SharePoint, etc.) organised and up to date
  • Support brainstorms and idea development
  • Review content before it goes to client (with guidance)
  • Work closely with Social Media Managers and Content Creators
  • Assist with day‑to‑day client communication
  • Help prepare content calendars and presentations
  • Assist with monthly reporting and performance insights

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in social media, marketing or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must have stable internet and a load‑shedding solution

Details & Benefits

  • Full‑time, hybrid role
  • Working hours: 08:30–17:00
  • Office days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | WFH: Tuesday, Thursday
  • Based in Cape Town
  • Medical aid benefit (50% covered)
  • Salary: R23 000 – R25 000
