Responsibilities
- Assist with managing content calendars and campaign timelines
- Help brief work into Chase (or similar systems) with guidance
- Track deadlines, feedback and approvals
- Keep internal tools (Notion, SharePoint, etc.) organised and up to date
- Support brainstorms and idea development
- Review content before it goes to client (with guidance)
- Work closely with Social Media Managers and Content Creators
- Assist with day‑to‑day client communication
- Help prepare content calendars and presentations
- Assist with monthly reporting and performance insights
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in social media, marketing or a related field
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must have stable internet and a load‑shedding solution
Details & Benefits
- Full‑time, hybrid role
- Working hours: 08:30–17:00
- Office days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | WFH: Tuesday, Thursday
- Based in Cape Town
- Medical aid benefit (50% covered)
- Salary: R23 000 – R25 000
