We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Analyst to manage, analyze, and improve its online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking performance, creating engaging content strategies, and optimizing social media activities to increase visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the institute’s social media accounts
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports
- Develop and implement content strategies
- Create and schedule engaging posts across platforms
- Monitor trends and suggest relevant content ideas
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team
- Track audience growth and engagement performance
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in: Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business Administration Or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and content performance tracking
- Good writing and communication skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
Added Advantage
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva)
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Knowledge of paid ads and social media campaigns
- Experience managing business or brand accounts.
