Role Overview

The Social Media & Marketing Analyst will support the company’s digital growth and revenue objectives. This role is ideal for a junior-level professional who is social media savvy, data-driven, and eager to translate online engagement into measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media presence, analyzing digital performance data, and recommending actionable strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and product sales.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Content Execution

  • Manage day-to-day operations of company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok (as applicable).
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand, campaign, and sales objectives.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and support lead generation through social channels.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.

Marketing Analytics & Insights

  • Collect, track, and analyze social media and digital marketing data including reach, engagement, conversions, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Identify content, campaigns, and channels that drive the highest engagement and sales impact.
  • Support A/B testing and performance optimization initiatives.

Sales & Growth Support

  • Work closely with sales and commercial teams to align social media activity with product promotions and revenue targets.
  • Support social commerce initiatives and digital lead funnels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and conversion through digital channels.

Market & Customer Intelligence

  • Conduct online research on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor positioning.
  • Gather customer insights from digital platforms to inform marketing and product strategies.
  • Recommend tactical improvements based on data and observed market dynamics.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or marketing analytics.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and how they support business growth.
  • Basic to intermediate experience with analytics tools such as platform insights, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
