Duties

  • Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses and insights.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for designing eye-catching visuals that support campaigns and branding efforts.
  • Implement targeted advertising campaigns using Facebook Advertising and other paid media channels to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Analyze web analytics (Google Analytics), social media metrics, and campaign data to measure success, optimize strategies, and report performance insights regularly.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate brand messaging and manage relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics tools (Google Analytics), and social listening platforms.
  • Skilled in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer (application) for efficient campaign management.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform along with experience in video editing and photography for multimedia content development.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, relationship management, public relations strategies, and e-commerce practices.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure all content is polished and aligned with brand standards.
