At Cliff's Tire and Auto, we’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & Marketing Manager who can do more than just post content — we need someone who can drive real business results.

Your role will focus on bringing in new customers, increasing repeat visits, and growing our online presence in a measurable way.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase car count and appointments
  • Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google
  • Create engaging content including:
    • Promotions (oil changes, seasonal specials)
    • Short-form videos (reels, behind-the-scenes, customer moments)
    • Graphics and ad creatives
  • Run and optimize Facebook & Google Ads for lead generation
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, UTMs, and campaign reporting
  • Manage and improve our Google reviews and online reputation
  • Monitor competitors and trends to keep us ahead in the local market
  • Support in-store promotions and community engagement efforts
  • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and quality across all platforms

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Proven ability to run paid ads (Meta + Google)
  • Strong skills in:
    • Content creation (video, graphics, captions)
    • Basic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
    • Understanding of SEO, analytics, and campaign tracking
  • Ability to turn data into action (not just reports)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Experience in automotive, retail, or local service businesses
