Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor social listening tools to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content planning.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to optimize reach and ROI.
- Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Maintain consistent branding across all channels while ensuring content aligns with overall marketing objectives.
- Engage with followers through relationship management techniques, respond promptly to comments or inquiries, and foster a vibrant online community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and creative departments to support product launches and promotional events.
- Oversee social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts, monitoring activity, and streamlining workflow.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO efforts for content visibility both on social platforms and search engines.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by creating targeted campaigns that drive traffic to online stores or landing pages.
- Assist in photography and video editing projects to produce high-quality visual content that resonates with our audience.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
- Strong understanding of branding principles combined with excellent proofreading skills for high-quality content creation.
- Ability to analyze data insights from Google Analytics or other tools to inform strategy adjustments.
- Experience supporting public relations efforts through content creation or media outreach is a plus.
