Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to maximize engagement and brand visibility.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and customer feedback; use insights to refine campaigns.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads to increase reach and conversions.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining consistent content delivery.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO purposes; ensure all content is proofread for accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to enhance branding efforts through strategic outreach and media relations.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness; prepare reports for continuous improvement.
- Oversee graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
- Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries promptly, and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media campaigns with online sales channels; create promotional videos or photography as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management within a fast-paced environment; demonstrated success in growing online communities.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO, social listening, branding, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite applications for graphic design and video editing.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer; familiarity with Facebook Advertising and Google Analytics is essential.
- Ability to analyze data from web analytics platforms to derive actionable insights that inform campaign adjustments.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure all content aligns with brand standards.
- Experience in public relations or relationship management is a plus; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
