Duties • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand awareness. • Leverage AI tools to support content ideation, copywriting, image generation, and workflow efficiency — staying ahead of emerging applications that can elevate creative output and save time. • Create captivating content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals. • Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor conversations, and respond promptly to audience interactions. • Utilize social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity for informed decision-making. • Implement targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads to reach specific audiences and optimize ad performance through A/B testing. • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability on search engines and social platforms. • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and social media insights to measure campaign effectiveness, refine strategies, and report on key performance indicators. • Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation and coordinate outreach efforts for partnerships and campaigns. • Support the planning and execution of brand events and activations — including logistics coordination, on-site social coverage, and post-event content and reporting. • Lead podcast support across all stages — including guest research and coordination, episode scheduling, writing show notes and captions, creating audiogram and short-form video clips for social distribution, and contributing to overall podcast growth strategy and audience development. • Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator that support marketing initiatives. • Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to continuously innovate our approach.

Skills • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. • Comfortable working with AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or equivalent) to accelerate content creation and enhance creative strategy, with a curiosity to continuously explore new applications. • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating engaging visual content. • Expertise in social listening platforms like Brandwatch or Sprout Social to monitor online conversations effectively. • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics for data-driven decision making. • Skilled in managing advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other paid media channels. • Excellent content creation skills including writing compelling copy, editing proofs, and producing multimedia content such as videos and photography. • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for efficient social media management. • Experience supporting or coordinating events, with the ability to manage moving parts across logistics, promotion, and real-time content capture. • Experience supporting a podcast end-to-end, from guest outreach and logistics coordination to content repurposing and platform management (e.g. Buzzsprout, Spotify for Podcasters), with a strategic eye for growing listenership and translating episodes into compelling social content. • Knowledge of branding strategies, relationship management, public relations tactics, and e-commerce integration. • Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics and web analytics tools to optimize marketing efforts. • Strong communication skills with an eye for detail in proofreading and editing content before publication.

Pay: From $350.00 per week
