Social Media & Marketing Manager (Part-Time)

Kneetoes is a growing footwear and fashion startup expanding into the U.S. market. We are building a strong, trend-forward brand and are looking for someone creative and organized to support our marketing and content efforts.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Manager to help manage our digital presence and support marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Must be based in New Jersey or New York and able to travel to New York City as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and edit content (Reels, TikToks, posts, campaigns)
• Plan and schedule content aligned with brand strategy
• Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations
• Track performance and engagement metrics
• Use tools like Google Sheets and Microsoft Office for reporting and organization
• Support general marketing and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong video editing skills (TikTok/Reels style)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Office tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to travel to NYC when needed

Schedule

• Part-Time: ~15–20 hours per week (flexible)

Compensation

• $1,500/month
• Flexible schedule
