Have you been looking to start your career in aesthetics? This is your chance! We are looking for a talented content creator to run our social media accounts and assist with the marketing initiatives for our growing cosmetic surgery practice in Reston, VA. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our Marketing Director to create and execute a content strategy for each of our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, & Youtube)
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Manage internal sales databases and website content
• Identify potential partnerships with influencers or brands
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Assist with miscellaneous marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a social media content creator
• Proven track record of social media growth & online community engagement
• Hands-on experience in content & social media management
• Long and short-form video editing (YouTube)
• Excellent copywriting skills & attention to detail
• Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)
• Ability to deliver engaging & creative content (text, image and video)
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Previous Cosmetic or Aesthetic experience preferred but not required
• BS degree in Marketing is preferred but not required
