Social Media Executive

Role Summary

We are hiring a creative, detail-oriented and disciplined Social Media Executive to plan, create, post and manage high-converting content across RLG Cosmetics’ social platforms while maintaining strict brand standards, accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create video content on her face engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms
• Create content that drives awareness, trust, enquires and sales
• Write strong captions aligned with RLG’s brand voice
• Ensure correct product names, pricing, spacing, grammar and formatting in all posts
• Coordinate content for launches, campaigns, testimonials, education and product awareness
• Work with management to translate offers into compelling content
• Monitor trends and adapt them to RLG Cosmetics in a brand-safe way
• Support story posting, reels, community engagement and content performance tracking
• Maintain visual consistency with brand colors, aesthetics and concise design standards
• Ensure content is posted on time and according to plan

Work Type

• Hybrid/Remote (based on business needs) 3 times a week physical and work from home.
• Off days every once a week ensuring social media post is up.

Salary

N120,000 per month.
