Social Media & Content Specialist

Requirements

• US college degree
• 2 years’ experience working in a corporate setting
• 4 years of social media management experience
• Utilization of common hair and beauty tools to create content.
• Knowledge and passionate about hair products, techniques, styles, and trends.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.

Position Responsibilities

• Full ownership of social media accounts for Annie and Hot & Hotter.
• Plan, create, and execute a comprehensive social media plan across all platforms for Annie and Hot & Hotter resulting in 5 posts per week for each brand.
• Initiate and execute all content creation activities needed to complete the previous two goals.
• Develop a roster of capable small-scale UGC creators and influencers, either manually or via a third-party platform, to create authentic social content of our products being used for reposting across social and on websites.
• Follow the directions of the Marketing & E-commerce Manager to assist with a variety of marketing activities and projects related to the company and department goals.
• Become the first point of contact for our consumers across social media bringing Annie and Hot & Hotter alive across the online world.
