We’re looking for a Social Media Manager / Content Creator who is passionate about growing brands online and building strong communities.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow our social media platforms:
  • Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, captions, ideas)
• Help grow our audience, engagement, and overall online presence
• Support our podcast (finding guests, helping with content ideas)
• Help manage and grow our online community of business owners
• Promote workshops, content, and campaigns across social media
• Engage with comments, messages, and our community

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing or growing social media accounts
  • (personal brand, business, freelance, or work experience)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and LinkedIn
• Someone who understands what content performs well
• Good English communication (written and verbal)

Personality

• Passionate about social media and content creation
• Creative and enjoys coming up with new ideas
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Self motivated and takes initiative
• Positive attitude and enjoys working with a team

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Canva or basic design skills
• Experience with content planning tools
• Basic understanding of ads or marketing
