Job Description

Nilah & Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of organic social presence across platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring content is published accurately, on time, and aligned with business priorities. The ideal candidate thrives on creating engagement, keeping up with trends, and bringing ideas to life through precise execution and cross-functional coordination.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok, ensuring timeliness and alignment with the Nilah & Company brand
  • Develop weekly email blasts using MyEmma, spotlighting trending wedding ideas
  • Engage with brides, vendors, and other clients by monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages
  • Monitor and interpret analytics to guide content development
  • Produce, source, and organize high-quality visual assets, including photography, basic graphic design, and short form video

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
  • Previous experience publishing across major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading abilities
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Interest in beauty, fashion, and wedding industries
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Working knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field

Employment Type

Part-time, on-site role.
