How you'll advance us

• You develop creative and contemporary social media activations and formats that stand out and perform.
• You think in hooks, storylines, and platform logic.
• You bring TikTok, Reel, and social-first thinking into our client projects.

Content Creation Implementation

• You conceptualize, produce, and publish content independently – from idea to post.
• You implement content directly – quickly, pragmatically, and with simple setups.
• You write compelling social media texts and video scripts.

Collaboration, Consulting Projects

• You comprehensively manage and advise clients on social media.
• You handle publishing and community management.

What you excel at

• You have at least one year of practical experience in social media marketing and content creation, ideally on the agency side.
• You have skills in common editing tools like Edits, Premiere Pro, or InDesign – your talent is needed here.
• You live social media – TikTok, Instagram, etc. are your home, and you drop the day's pop culture news at the lunch table.
• You recognize trends before they become mainstream and immediately know how to leverage them for our clients.
• You love telling stories and have a good feel for visuals and timing.
• You are bold enough to take unconventional paths.
• You have a confident demeanor and good presentation skills (surprise us in the interview).
• Thanks to your team and communication skills, you inspire colleagues and clients alike.
• You speak and write perfect German.
