Role Description

The role involves developing and executing social media marketing strategies, creating impactful digital content, managing account growth initiatives, and optimizing engagement across various platforms. Daily responsibilities include crafting and scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, strategizing growth opportunities, creating trading reports, and collaborating with the team to improve brand visibility and community engagement.

You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing C4CSignals across social platforms, while creating engaging content that attracts, educates, and converts traders into subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow our presence on:

• Telegram
• X (Twitter)
• Facebook
• Instagram
• Thread
• TikTok
• YouTube

Create and publish high-quality content, including:

• Educational trading posts
• Engaging trading memes
• Short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Promotional and conversion-driven posts

Develop and execute a content strategy that:

• Builds trust with traders
• Drives engagement and shares
• Converts followers into paid subscribers

Grow followers organically using proven strategies

• Maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Monitor performance and optimize content for growth

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of crypto and forex trading culture
• Proven ability to grow social media pages organically
• Skilled in:
  • Content writing
  • Basic graphic design (Canva or similar)
  • Short-form video creation
• Deep understanding of:
  • Viral content
  • Engagement triggers
  • Social media algorithms
• Self-driven, creative, and results-oriented
• Ability to think like both a marketer and a trader

Compensation

This role is 100% commission-based.

You will earn a 25 percentage commission on every subscriber generated through your efforts
