Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing campaigns, creating a content strategy tailored to the unique goals of each client, and optimizing accounts through Social Media Optimization (SMO). Daily tasks include managing content creation, overseeing posts across channels, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. The role also requires strong collaboration with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences
• Experience in creating and implementing strategic Content Strategies
• Excellent Writing skills for crafting compelling and engaging content
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret performance data
• Familiarity with current social media trends and platform algorithms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in a digital marketing or agency environment is a plus
