The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities include designing content strategies, optimizing social media platforms (SMO), monitoring engagement metrics, and crafting creative content. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support branding, communication, and community engagement goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Experience with content strategy and content planning
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to produce compelling posts and responses
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data‑driven decisions to enhance engagement
- Familiarity with key social media tools and platforms, as well as current trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Previous experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations is a plus
