Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Marion, VA. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and creating content across various social media platforms, optimizing social media presence, developing and executing content strategies, and driving audience engagement. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scheduling posts, analyzing social metrics to assess performance, and staying updated with trends to develop innovative campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Solid Communication and Writing skills for crafting engaging content
  • Proficiency in developing Content Strategies tailored to specific audiences
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools and metrics for social media performance
  • Creative thinking and ability to embrace the latest trends in social media
  • Proficiency in design tools or familiarity with visual content creation is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
