Join our team! Salient Social Co. is a digital marketing agency based in Collegeville, PA, and we’re looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to support client accounts across multiple industries. We work with passionate business owners who want to grow their digital presence across social media, and we’re looking for someone who can execute content confidently while staying organized and on-brand.
You will play a key role in managing client social media accounts, executing content strategies, and ensuring consistent, high-quality posting across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Managing and posting content for multiple client social media accounts
- Editing engaging Reels and creating content concepts unique to each client
- Writing captions that align with each client’s brand voice and goals
- Scheduling content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Assisting with content planning and building monthly content calendars
- Engaging with client accounts as needed (comments, DMs, basic interactions)
- Ensuring content is posted accurately and on schedule
- Adhering to individual client strategies and goals
Skills
- Comfortable using major social media platforms
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt to different client voices
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts at once
- Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
- Comfortable working independently and asking questions when needed
Requirements
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands
- Comfortable with all post formats across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including Reels, photos, carousels, and Stories
- Up to date with social media trends and Instagram/Facebook best practices
- Experience using Instagram Edits, CapCut, and Canva
- Ability to respond to comments and messages in each client’s brand voice
- Strong eye for fonts, colors, and proper alignment
- Strong proofreading skills to prevent grammar errors and typos
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly
- Passionate about helping grow small businesses and the local community
- Must be based in or near Montgomery County, PA
Time & Commitment
- Part-time role, 10–20 hours per week
- Hourly pay
- Availability during standard business hours preferred
- Flexible schedule
