Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager for a luxury hospitality brand. This role is ideal for a creative and data‑driven professional who can elevate brand presence while driving enquiries and bookings through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in brand, social, or digital marketing (luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle preferred)
  • Proven experience growing social channels and delivering high‑quality campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and performance metrics
  • Experience managing external partners, creatives, and agencies
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Support PR activity, partnerships, and brand collaborations
  • Grow blog content into a strong acquisition channel
  • Manage SEO: keyword planning, on‑page optimisation, metadata, and local SEO
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google, retargeting, seasonal campaigns)
  • Analyse performance using GA4, UTMs, and conversion tracking
  • Improve conversion across the funnel including website, landing pages, and email capture

Social Media Management

  • Lead and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Create and manage high‑quality content including video, imagery, and storytelling
  • Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar
  • Drive engagement, awareness, and conversion through social strategies
  • Build and manage a UGC (user‑generated content) pipeline
  • Manage community engagement and brand communication
  • Lead influencer collaborations and partnerships
  • Monitor trends and optimise content performance
