Social Media Manager

An early-stage global discussion platform focused on real conversations—politics, culture, life, opinions, and ideas that don’t fit neatly into comment sections.

The Role

We’re looking for a social Media Manager to help shape our website voice and presence across social platforms and bring people into the community.

This is not a “post pretty quotes and disappear” role. This is about attention, curiosity, and conversion.

You’ll be a founding player defining how our website shows up online.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow our website social media presence
• Share discussion threads, hot takes, and community highlights
• Create simple posts that drive people back to the platform
• Experiment with formats (text posts, polls, short captions, questions)
• Maintain a consistent posting rhythm (not spam, not silence)
• Collaborate with content & community contributors
• Suggest growth ideas and trends worth testing

Platforms may include:

• X (Twitter)
• Facebook
• Instagram (light use)
• Others as the platform evolves

What You Won’t Do

Let’s be clear:

• No paid ads (for now)
• No graphic design pressure
• No unrealistic growth targets
• No micromanagement

We care about engagement and learning not vanity metrics.
