What you'll do
- Creation, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of a coordinated social media plan that specifically supports the strategic communication goals of corporate communications.
- Development, planning, implementation, and publication of platform-appropriate content – from feed posts to Reels to Stories – including structured editorial planning and CMS maintenance.
- Strategic and operational support of the central social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and collaboration with the local social media team and the social media teams of the group companies.
- Hands-on content creation: Conception, editing, copywriting, and visual preparation of content for the platforms Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Participation in a technical focus area with a focus on quality assurance, brand consistency, and continuous strategic development.
- Taking over a central coordination function within the group for all social media topics in order to optimally connect processes, content, and stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- Completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of experience in communication, marketing, or media.
- Several years of experience in social media management or digital communication.
- Very good editorial and visual understanding as well as routine in structured content planning and production.
- Confident use of common social media platforms, tools, formats, and the Meta Ads Manager.
- Very good written communication skills, text proficiency, and passion for storytelling, digital trends, and community building.
- Team-oriented, proactive personality with strategic thinking, independent and structured way of working, and strong communication skills.
- Analytical understanding of performance metrics, monitoring, and reporting.

Salary
For this position, we offer a minimum salary of EUR 4,434.39 gross per month, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
