About the role
As a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the Social Media Team and oversee various tasks such as social media calendar management, social media audits, agency coordination, and Meta Ads campaign execution to drive brand growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Social Media Team - Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels - Plan, create, and manage social media content calendars aligned with brand goals - Conduct regular social media audits to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement - Manage and optimize all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) - Coordinate with agencies for creative, performance, and campaign execution - Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram ads) and other paid campaigns - Monitor campaign performance and optimize for improved ROI - Analyze data using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager - Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution - Manage influencer marketing and online PR activities - Drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends
Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience

Salary: 3,00,000 - 4,20,000 /year
