About the role

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the company’s social presence, content strategy, and campaign execution with a strong focus on LinkedIn as the primary growth channel. This is a high-impact role for someone who goes beyond posting content, we are looking for a strategic thinker who understands how to drive engagement, generate leads, and build a brand through content. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with strong experience in HubSpot, campaign management, and performance-driven marketing. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

● Own and execute the overall social media strategy

● Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation

● Identify content opportunities, trends, and growth levers

● Continuously optimize based on performance data

Platform Management

● Lead social media across:

○ LinkedIn (PRIMARY focus)

○ TikTok, Instagram, Facebook

● Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across platforms

Content & Creative Direction

● Plan and oversee content calendars aligned with business goals

● Design and create high-quality visual content

● Direct and execute short-form video content

● Write compelling, conversion-focused copy

Campaign & Funnel Management

● Build and manage campaigns in HubSpot (ESSENTIAL & NON-NEGOTIABLE)

● Align content with marketing funnels and lead generation efforts

● Track performance and optimize campaigns accordingly

Analytics & Performance

● Monitor key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, leads)

● Report on campaign performance and provide insights

● Continuously test and iterate on content and strategies Requirements

● Strong experience with HubSpot (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

● Proven experience in senior-level social media or digital marketing role

● Demonstrated success in LinkedIn marketing and growth

● Strong understanding of content strategy + marketing funnels

● Experience with video editing and visual content creation

● Excellent written English and copywriting skills

Nice to Have

● Experience running paid campaigns (LinkedIn / Meta ads)

● B2B marketing experience

● Experience working with founders or personal brands

● Basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
