We’re looking for someone creative, hands-on, and results-driven to lead our social and creator strategy and connect it directly to retail performance.

Role

This is a hands-on growth role, not a traditional social media position.

You will own how content is created, tested, and scaled, and how that translates into performance across social, ecommerce, and retail.

What you’ll do

  • Define and execute social media strategy across TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
  • Build and run creator campaigns to generate content, reviews, and performance insights
  • Identify high-performing content and scale it through paid campaigns
  • Plan and support campaigns on key products across Amazon and retail
  • Support the development of TikTok Shop and social commerce initiatives
  • Own and optimize Klaviyo (email + SMS) to drive traffic and revenue
  • Use AI tools to create, test, and optimize campaigns efficiently
  • Own and manage our digital asset system

What we’re looking for

  • Strong execution mindset, with the ability to take ownership and move quickly
  • Background can vary (marketing, business, engineering, or other analytical fields), but you have worked on projects tied to growth, content, or digital channels
  • Experience or strong interest in short-form content and social platforms (especially TikTok)
  • Hands-on experience or exposure to paid social campaigns (TikTok, Meta)
  • Experience using Klaviyo or similar tools, or the ability to learn quickly
  • Comfortable working with data, testing, and improving performance
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally, including with more technical profiles
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Curious and hands-on with AI tools for content and campaign development
