About the role
Responsibilities
- Own content planning and day-to-day operations of the brand’s social media accounts across France market, including platforms such as Facebook and Instagram; leverage local cultural insights to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan, manage, and grow overseas communities in French-speaking and Nordic regions; design and execute community campaigns to increase user engagement, retention, and acquisition.
- Identify, engage, and manage community advocates, including KOCs/KOLs and volunteer contributors; foster a positive and active community environment.
- Monitor community feedback, respond to user discussions and inquiries in a timely manner, and extract actionable insights; provide regular recommendations to improve products (software & hardware) and overall user experience for international markets.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and competitor activities; continuously optimize content strategy and publishing cadence through data-driven insights to maximize impact during key campaigns such as product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; at least 3 years of experience in overseas social media or community operations; strong understanding of major global platforms and user behaviors across different markets.
- Fluent in French, with excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills; able to create content and work effectively in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
- Strong user-centric mindset; able to identify both functional needs and emotional drivers of target audiences, and translate insights into actionable content and communication strategies.
