Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of a social media strategy with a focus on B2B (LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook)
  • Planning, creation, and publication of target-group-oriented content (text, image, video)
  • Building and further developing our employer brand on social media
  • Conception and implementation of corporate influencer programs
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and prepare relevant topics (e.g., HR, Sales, Departments)
  • Processing and preparation of content with common tools (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, Edits)
  • Editorial planning and continuous development of content formats
  • Monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth)
  • Derivation of measures for optimizing content and campaigns
  • Close coordination with Marketing, HR, and external partners
  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing

Qualifications

  • Degree or training in Marketing, Communications, Media, or comparable
  • Experience in social media marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Experience in building or further developing an employer brand
  • Confident use of LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook, as well as a good understanding of platform mechanics and trends
  • Experience in content creation (text, image, video) and a good eye for design
  • Knowledge of common tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, or comparable applications
  • Experience with corporate influencers or personal branding is an advantage
  • Creativity, a feel for storytelling, and target-group-oriented communication
  • Analytical thinking and experience with social media metrics
  • Structured, independent way of working and teamwork skills
