Responsibilities

  • Planung und Umsetzung unserer Meta Ads Strategie
  • Entwicklung und Testing von neuen Ad-Konzepten, Hooks und Angles
  • Erstellung von Ad Creatives mit Canva und CapCut
  • Produktion von Video Ads und Static Ads
  • Kontinuierliches Testing neuer Creatives und Kampagnen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Meta Ads Performance

Requirements

  • Qualifikation Erfahrung mit Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
  • Du hast bereits eine Marke, ein Produkt oder einen Shop mit Meta Ads skaliert
  • Sehr gutes Gespür für Hooks, Angles und Performance Creatives
  • Erfahrung mit Canva und CapCut
  • Kreativität und Freude am Testing neuer Marketingideen
  • Interesse an E‑Commerce und Startups

  • Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
  • Have already scaled a brand, product, or shop with Meta Ads.
  • Very good feel for hooks, angles, and performance creatives.
  • Experience with Canva and CapCut.
  • Creativity and joy in testing new marketing ideas.
  • Interest in e-commerce and startups.
