About the Role:
We’re hiring Social Media Marketing & UGC Interns for Summer 2026 to help bring Thursday to life across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
This is a hands-on, highly creative role where you’ll have ownership over content and work in a team. Not just executing ideas, but coming up with them. If you’re someone who is chronically online, spotting trends, and loves creating content, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Create short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, etc.) that aligns with Thursday’s brand and voice
- Pitch and execute original content ideas (series, trends, formats, etc.)
- Identify and experiment with trending sounds, formats, and cultural moments
- Contribute to UGC-style content that feels native, not overly produced
- Collaborate with the marketing team to test and iterate on content performance
- Help shape Thursday’s social presence ahead of and during launch
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and/or digital culture
- Deep understanding of social media trends and applicability (you know what’s working today)
- Creative thinker
- Self-starter
- Comfortable being on camera or creating content/identifying trends behind the scenes
- Bonus: interest in fashion, thrifting, or personal style
- Bonus: prior experience running a social account or creating content (personal or brand)
- Bonus: Graphic design/editing skills (ex. Canva, Capcut, etc.)
