Performance Manager

About the Role

We are a fast-growing, US-based AI creator management agency. Our team of 30+ professionals manages AI-generated social media creators across Instagram, generating millions of views monthly. We're looking for a Performance Manager who will own the full content and growth strategy for 1-2 creators with a path to managing 3 creators — from research and content direction to performance analysis and subscriber conversion.

This is not an assistant role. You will make decisions, solve problems independently, and be directly responsible for your creators' revenue. You report to the Head of Performance.

What You Will Do

• Research and identify high-performing content patterns on Instagram (feed posts, reels, stories)
• Create detailed content briefs and instructions for AI image and video editors
• Evaluate content quality before publishing using structured checklists
• Analyze daily performance data: views, engagement, subscriber growth, conversion rates
• Develop and adjust content strategy based on what the data tells you
• Manage and coordinate with editors and account managers in your creator pod
• Identify problems before they become crises and fix them without being told

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or creator marketing
• Strong analytical thinking — you look at data and immediately see what to do differently
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts (provide specific numbers in your application)
• Independent problem solver — when something breaks, you fix it first and report after
• Experience creating content strategies or content calendars
• Comfortable with Instagram algorithm, engagement strategies, and audience growth tactics
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Available for daily check-in around 5pm CET
• Reliable internet connection and a working laptop

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-generated content or AI tools
• Background in creator monetization or subscription platforms
• Experience managing a small team or coordinating freelancers
• Understanding of content performance analytics tools

Compensation & Details

• Base: $1,500/month
• Performance bonuses up to $800/month based on subscriber growth milestones
• Fully remote, flexible hours (results-based)
• 6 days/week
• Paid via USDC (crypto), bi-monthly
• Paid training period

Growth Path

• Start with 1 creator, scale to 2-3 based on performance
• Build and lead your own creator pod (editors + account managers)
• Clear path to Senior Performance Manager as the agency grows
