We are seeking a highly creative, digitally fluent Social Media Specialist to manage and grow organic social presence across multiple global channels. This is a hands-on execution role for someone deeply immersed in social trends, creator culture, and digital storytelling.

The ideal candidate is equal parts organized operator and creative thinker, with experience managing content calendars, community engagement, performance reporting, and creator collaborations. This person will help bring brand strategy to life across social platforms while ensuring all content feels timely, relevant, and audience-first.

Key Responsibilities

Social Channel Management

  • Own day-to-day publishing and scheduling across organic social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
  • Execute content calendars by uploading assets, writing/editing copy, tagging products, and optimizing posts for platform-specific performance.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels.
  • Identify timely content opportunities and recommend trend-based activations.
  • Monitor platform updates and evolving social trends to inform channel strategy.
  • Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders to support channel growth initiatives.

Content Development & Optimization

  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to adapt content for channel-first execution.
  • Repurpose and optimize existing creative assets for maximum performance across platforms.
  • Write and refine social copy tailored to audience behavior and channel best practices.
  • Assist with short-form content capture, including video, product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes footage, and trend-based content.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track channel performance and engagement metrics across platforms.
  • Deliver recurring reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Monitor audience behavior, social listening trends, and engagement patterns to guide future content planning.
  • Support performance benchmarking and goal setting for campaigns and ongoing social activity.

Community Engagement

  • Act as the brand voice across social channels, responding to comments, messages, and tagged content in an authentic and engaging manner.
  • Build relationships with creators, consumers, and relevant online communities.
  • Identify engagement opportunities that strengthen audience connection and brand advocacy.
  • Track sentiment and surface relevant audience insights to internal teams.

Creator & Partnership Support

  • Assist in coordinating creator partnerships and campaign execution, including outreach, product seeding, tracking deliverables, and reporting results.
  • Identify emerging creator talent aligned with brand positioning and audience interests.
  • Help maintain strong external relationships to support long-term collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Experience managing organic social media channels for a brand or agency
  • Strong understanding of platform best practices across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms
  • Proven experience with social media scheduling and listening tools
  • Experience supporting creator/influencer campaigns
  • Strong copywriting and content adaptation skills
  • Familiarity with digital campaign reporting and performance analysis
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and external partners

Preferred Experience

  • Content capture, video editing, or basic graphic design experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut
  • Experience working in fast-paced consumer, lifestyle, creative, or culture-driven industries
