Social Media Talent Scout (Remote)

KaraMGMT is expanding and looking for people who are deeply tapped into social media and can spot creators before they blow up.

If you’re constantly on TikTok or Instagram, understand what performs, and want to be part of building creators and working on real brand deals, this is an opportunity to get directly involved in the creator economy.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and connect with high-potential creators
• Build relationships and bring them onto KaraMGMT
• Help onboard and grow your own roster of talent
• Assist in identifying opportunities and brand deals
• Stay on top of trends and emerging creators

About You:

• You spend a lot of time on TikTok / Instagram and understand what performs
• You can recognize strong creators early
• You’re comfortable reaching out and starting conversations
• You’re self-motivated and consistent
• You’re interested in influencer marketing and brand partnerships

(Experience is a plus, but not required.)

Compensation:

This is a performance-based role, with earnings tied to creators you sign and deals generated (uncapped).
