This is a remote internship role for a Soft Goods Designer/Industrial Product Designer. The role involves creating and developing soft goods and industrial designs, prototyping concepts, and refining products to align with the brand's vision. The intern will work collaboratively in brainstorming sessions, employ design thinking to solve functional challenges, and contribute to every stage of the product development process, from conceptualization to production. • *Qualifications** • Strong foundation in Industrial Design and Product Design • Experience with Prototyping and hands-on creation of tangible product concepts • Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and their application to solve practical challenges • Understanding of Product Development processes from concept to final production • Attention to detail and ability to align design with operational function • Strong communication and collaboration skills for team-oriented projects • Passion for outdoor gear and a drive for innovation is a plus • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
