Software Application Engineer Building Automation (a) Stadtschlaining

Your Responsibilities:

• Planning, implementation, and configuration of software solutions for building automation systems
• Support in the integration of our systems into existing IT and building structures
• Conducting tests, troubleshooting, and optimization of software applications
• Technical consulting of our customers and training of user personnel
• Creation of technical documentation and project reports
• Close collaboration with product management, hardware engineering, and sales
• Participation in projects from requirements analysis to commissioning

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, building technology, or comparable qualification
• Experience in software development, ideally in building automation or IoT environments
• Knowledge of relevant programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, Java) and automation protocols
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and structured approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written word
• Willingness to travel to customer projects as needed
