Overview

As a Software Architect, you will play a key role in the design, structuring, and evolution of robust software solutions. You will define the technical architecture, ensure the scalability and performance of applications, and act as a technical reference for development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the overall architecture of C# / .NET applications
• Make key technical decisions in line with business and technical needs
• Ensure code quality, security, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and promote best practices
• Participate in architecture reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development and architecture
• Excellent command of C# / the .NET ecosystem
• Proven experience in designing scalable and maintainable architectures
• Comfortable with a hybrid environment (3 days on-site in Montreal)
• French and English mandatory (oral and written)
• Participation in meetings, conferences, training sessions, or projects
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Additional Assets

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of microservices, APIs, and modern architectures
• Previous experience in an architect or technical lead role
