Your Role

• Architecture & Integration: You conceptualize scalable architectures and define how Conversational AI platforms, LLMs, and backend systems integrate seamlessly and securely into the customer's existing IT landscape (Cloud/On-Prem).
• Technical Project Management: You take on technical leadership in implementation projects, manage the development team, define best practices, and are responsible for the quality of the solution.
• Strategic Scoping: Together with the customer, you identify useful use cases, evaluate them regarding technical feasibility and economic efficiency (ROI), and advise on the selection of suitable platforms, models, and components.
• Operations & Governance: You develop sustainable operational, maintenance, and support concepts (Application Management), define SLAs and monitorings, ensuring that AI solutions remain highly available and maintainable after go-live.
• Presales & Solution Design: Our sales team looks forward to your support in pitches. You sketch out rough solution architectures, estimate effort, and convince technical decision-makers on the customer side through expertise.
• Compliance & Security: You advise customers on topics such as data security and governance when using Generative AI and on meeting regulatory requirements (GDPR, AI Act).

Your Profile

• Technical Background: You have successfully completed a degree in a natural science (STEM) or vocational training with corresponding professional experience.
• Extensive Experience: You have many years of practical experience in the conception and implementation of Conversational AI solutions, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
• Technology Vision: You have a deep understanding of modern web architectures, cloud platforms, interface design, GenAI & RAG, the integration of Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms and telephone systems (PBX, SBC), and you know how enterprise IT works. You keep the "Big Picture" in mind, think in long-term system landscapes rather than silos, and recognize technical risks early on.
• Stakeholder Management: You speak the language of developers as fluently as that of C-level decision-makers and can translate complex technology into understandable terms.
• Customer Orientation: You combine high technical competence with a strong service mentality and strive to build not just a functional, but the best possible architecture for the customer.
• Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills.
