Senior Software Engineer (f/m/x) - Backend

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Backend Development, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the core services and infrastructure that power our innovative products. You will work within a dynamic and agile team, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and operation. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of our backend systems.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our backend services, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to define and deliver new features and enhancements.
• You will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and operation.
• You will participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• You will stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, evaluating and recommending new tools and approaches to enhance our development processes and product offerings.

Your Profile

• You have a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• You have several years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong focus on building scalable and robust applications.
• You are proficient in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C#) and have experience with relevant frameworks and libraries.
• You have a solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and experience with designing and optimizing database schemas.
• You are familiar with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and have experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• You have excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• You are a strong communicator, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
