Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive, scalable, simple, and reliable software systems that bring AI-powered experiences to life.
• Lead the architecture of front-end and/or full-stack systems, ensuring performance, security, and future scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams to translate models and prototypes into production-ready applications with elegant user interface.
• Drive technical decisions, best practices, and coding standards across the engineering team.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs, platforms, and cloud-native technologies.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end software development lifecycle: from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
• Rapidly prototype solutions in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing technical debt with delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
• Proven experience designing and building distributed systems, scalable component libraries, or event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, model deployment, and working alongside data scientists is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, React, Next.js, or similar languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms, databases, UX principals, and API design.
• MS/PhD in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent technical fields.
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills.
