Your Role

• Take end-to-end responsibility for integration architectures, including security, data model, and interface design, as well as defining integration patterns (event-driven, API-first, microservices).
• Design integration solutions on Azure, including Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and AKS, and set up ALM, branching, and CI/CD strategies with Azure DevOps and IaC (Bicep).
• Ensure governance and observability, including RBAC, Policies, Private Endpoints, and monitoring with Application Insights, SEQ, and ELK.
• Conduct architecture reviews and quality gates, create standards, playbooks, and technical documentation (C4/UML, ERD, API Specs).
• Coach developers and teams, provide hands-on guidance for complex implementations, and build enablement materials and learning paths.

Qualifications

For a "perfect match" you need:

• At least 5 years of experience in integration architectures or a completed degree in Software Engineering.
• Deep technical understanding of software engineering principles and Azure integration services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and governance (Azure DevOps, Bicep, RBAC, Policies) as well as observability tools.
• Strong communication and moderation skills to present complex technical topics understandably and lead workshops.
• Proactiveness and problem-solving skills to evaluate new technologies and develop solutions independently.
• Very good English skills (at least B2 level) for communication in an international environment, and fluent German skills.
