Arlluk Technology Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Software Architect with a Secret Clearance to support ATS and Department of State the Office of Foreign Missions Information System (TOMIS) in Washington, DC. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. This is in support of the Office of Foreign Missions Information System (TOMIS) with software application development, system administration, and help desk support.
Responsibilities
- At least 8-10 years of experience interpreting complex requirements; and designing, developing, and implementing applications systems and components using Microsoft Development Tools (.NET, MVC)
- Experiencing in the architectural design of software development
- Managed and led enterprise-wide software development efforts
- Demonstrated experience and abilities creating, modifying, maintaining, testing, and implementing complex software applications
- Possess a strong understanding of Object‑oriented design (OOD)
- Has strong experience developing application using the Agile methodology
- Flexible, highly motivated, self‑starter who is able to handle multiple projects
- Good oral and written communication skills
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or related experience
- Formal training in .NET programming practices is preferred
- Secret Clearance required
