Your Role

For our client in Sursee, we are looking for you as a Software Architect (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You will take technical responsibility (architecture) for the successful execution of demanding software projects and support Solution Architects.
• You will coach software developers and possess the social skills to clearly communicate complex content and concepts.
• You will be significantly involved in the co-development and support of the effective and efficient implementation of features.
• You place great importance on clean code, sustainable architecture, and adequate test coverage.
• You will optimize our backend systems in terms of speed, scalability, and reliability.
• You will fix bugs and debug issues across the entire application stack and monitor system performance, health, and security.

Your Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (ETH/UNI/FH) or equivalent professional experience.
• You have at least 7 years of experience in software development.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in the role of a Software Architect, implementing complex solutions, including microservices.
• You have excellent knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework or a similar technology.
• Experience in designing RESTful APIs, with database management systems (like MongoDB), and basic knowledge of GraphQL are desirable.
• You possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• You have a proactive attitude and the willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
• You show the courage to take risks and make decisions even in uncertain situations.
• You use emotional intelligence to promote people-centered approaches.
• You are fluent in German (negotiation level).
