What Your Job Entails

• Customer consulting on scalable and innovative system/software architectures and responsibility for their conception and implementation, always closely linked to the business domain.
• Analysis and optimization of our customers' application landscapes and design of new target architectures on future-proof technologies.
• Content leadership and coaching of employees as well as participation in defining our technological offering.
• Architecture development in agile teams and responsibility for the coordination and implementation of jointly made architectural and design decisions.
• Continuous personal development through agile teamwork, training, and exchange within the Cofinpro tech community.
• Varied projects in Germany's leading financial institutions.

What We're Looking For

• At least three years of professional experience in the conception of software architectures.
• Extensive knowledge in building software architectures and leading software development teams, as well as in common enterprise technologies such as Spring, Jakarta EE or .NET, and current web technologies (Vue.js, React etc.).
• Desirable: Experience in applying Agile, Lean, and/or Continuous Delivery approaches (TDD, Continuous Integration, GitOps) as well as knowledge in designing cloud-native architectures with technologies like Kafka, Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes, including the use of Domain-Driven Design and Microservice approaches.
• Development and implementation of technical visions and passing on your technical know-how within the team.
• Completed university degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent.
• Very good German (min. C1 level) and good English skills.
